Introduction and Purpose of Meeting 

Erdem Koltuk and Ali Gökdemir from the applicant institution gave information about the importance  of the project and why it was done. They provided information about the project’s goals, objectives,  target group and intellectual outputs.  

Choose the Project Logo  

Voting was done to select the project logo with all the partners attending the meeting. As a result of the  voting, open voting was made for 4 logos with the highest number of votes. In the voting, the second  logo was chosen as the project logo with 4 votes.  

Check of administrative documents and management documents of the  Project  

Zonguldak TSO, the project applicant, has prepared administrative documents as deemed appropriate by  the Turkish National Agency. Information was provided on how to use these documents and how to fill  them. According to this;  

 Monthly Cost table will be prepared every month and uploaded to google drive.   Monthly Intellectual Output Development table will be prepared every month and uploaded to  google drive (If the person has been paid, a bank receipt should also be included in your own corporate  file)  

 Project Management And Implementation expenditure table will be prepared every month and  uploaded to google drive.  

 After each meeting, the host partner institution will prepare the minutes of the meeting report of the  meeting. It must be uploaded to Google drive no later than 10 days after the meeting.   Each partner institution should conduct a satisfaction survey of its meeting and record its results in  the minutes of the meeting report.  

 Each partner institution will take pictures of meetings, seminars and dissemination activities. These  pictures will share on Google drive.  

All these articles have been accepted by the partners.  

Result of the Satisfaction Surveys  

Satisfaction Surveys was distributed to all partners and completed. A satisfaction survey was requested  at each meetings from host institution.
